What is the dress code?

Think party, but make it classy! For the men, dust off your best suit. For the women, mid-length to long dresses or elegant separates, whatever makes you feel fabulous! Feel free to dress up and have fun with it - we'd love to see you looking your best and get ready to hit the dance floor!

Ladies, please do not wear white to keep with tradition.

What time should I arrive?

The venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the venue at least 30 minutes early. The ceremony will start at 4:00pm sharp, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Accepted Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Lake Breeze Wines. The ceremony will be outdoors, so fingers crossed for beautiful weather! After that, we will head indoors for the reception.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is located approximately 1 hour away from the Adelaide CBD.  We are organising two separate buses, one to take guests to and from the Adelaide CBD, and the other to and from the local towns surrounding Langhorne Creek. If you do not wish to take the bus, taxis and limited Ubers operate in the area and can take you to and from the venue.

We will share further details closer to the date once we have confirmed numbers.

Where can I stay?

There are numerous small towns a short drive away from the venue. We would recommend looking at accommodation in Strathalbyn, Milang or Langhorne Creek.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that all devices be put away during this time. We want to see your lovely faces, not your phone screens! We have arranged for a professional photographer to capture this special moment, so please relax, be present, and enjoy the ceremony with us.

Can I post photos of the wedding on social media?

To allow us to share the first official photos of our wedding, we kindly request that you refrain from posting any photos on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so.

Can I bring a plus one?

We're so excited to celebrate this special day with our closest friends and loved ones. To help us keep the celebration intimate, we will only be able to accommodate those named on your invitation envelope.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What should I do if I would like to bring a gift?

Your presence is the greatest gift of all, but if you would like to honour us with a gift, we are currently saving to buy our first home together. A contribution towards our house fund would be very much appreciated as we take this exciting new step towards our future. For your convenience, a wishing well will be available at the reception.

Will there be any cultural traditions or special aspects incorporated into the wedding?

Yes! We're excited to include some fun Albanian music and dancing as part of our celebration. These traditions are very close to our hearts and will add a special, personal touch to the day.
